Continuous and vigorous coughing puts pressure on the lungs and causes holes in them. Of the 30 patients who came to OPD in three days, 12 belong to him. They are being given treatment by inserting tubes in their lungs. The condition of three is critical.

Throat swelling and chest tightness

Dr. Ajit Chahar of the Medicine Department said that the number of patients suffering from cold, cough, sore throat, chest tightness and difficulty in breathing is 50-55 percent. Among them there are also respiratory and asthma patients. There are many patients whose inhaler dosage has to be increased. Dr. Manish Bansal told that such patients should avoid cold and take medicines regularly.

On the first day of the year, 2232 patients came to the OPD of SN and District Hospital. Out of these, 1217 patients came to SN and 1015 patients came to the district hospital. On normal days, more than 6500 patients come. SN OPD in-charge Dr. Yatendra Chahar said that the number of patients is less due to New Year and winter.
